A bail bondsman cannot legally steer you towards a lawyer. If this happened it is a major offense.

This is kind of s screw up. They bailed me out after 4 days, the same day the DS's office got the DVD that I didnt do the crime. I went in did paperwork and then I had multiple court dates and missed the date. I immediately arranged another with the courts for three weeks out. I NEVER heard from these guys. Hark, a week before my court date they go to my sons house and tell him they have been trying to contact me and I have been avoiding them. There was NO reason to avoid them, This case was supposed to be done. This was 45 Days AFTER the court date. I pulled my cell phone bills, THEY NEVER CALLED MY CELL. So, now the case is CLOSED and they are puting me AND my son in for 900.00 worth of collections. They, NEVER contacted me ONCE to tell me i owed them money or anything else. The only time I spoke to them was the day before my court date when they were ourside the house telling me they needed to speak to me and i was going to jail. Well, since this case was done, I told them of my court date and they hung up and NEVER contacted me again. They can go after me for anything they thing I owe them, but why are they going after me and my son both for 900.00. Im easy to find, I havent changed my phone number, I havent changed anything but yet they DONT CONTACT me and they dont respond to the request for copies of the bill.

These guys (alex) are not really on top of things, and to let this go and then act like they have no responsibility to what happened is absurd.

I dont know if I would recommend them, they gave us all our collateral back, now they say we owe them money, and the collection agency is having problems getting the paperwork from them. I cant say they are on top of anything.

Premium for bail bond: $3750.00

$1000 cash, tools, & electronics (laptop etc) was received by Bust Out Bail Bonds as collateral for premium and a payment plan was setup with night shift.

I called during day shift concerning details of bail terms & my financial obligations. Bail bondsman told me premium was satisfied with the collateral given; if payments were not received then they would liquidate collateral as needed for payment. I was told as long as _____ made his court dates I was under no financial obligation due to the collateral received the premium was considered paid in full with a partial cash payment.

______ was arrested on new charges which was a breach of contract resulting in an additional $ 500.00 fee.

I contacted the jail & was told the bail bond had been surrendered.

Bust Out Bail Bonds then towed ____’s only vehicle & placed it in storage.

____ & I spoke to Alex an owner of the Bail bonds. He told us collateral was not sufficient and they took her truck because they wanted to get her attention & the insurance company needed more $ due to an increase of risk.

A laptop which was used as collateral was taken home by an owners son whilst still incompliance with terms of bail bonds.

Alex also stated to us, “You can have the collateral back we don’t want it, but we are keeping the truck.”

Vehicle was not listed as collateral.

I asked for an itemized statement, a copy of bail bond contract agreement, and name of insurance provider in which they have refused to provide to me.

Due to my friend ___ recently having heart surgery with a pacemaker implant, & being a single mother of 2, this has created an unnecessary hardship on ____, family, friends, & is unable to get her daughter to elementary school as well as missing doctors appointments.
