Provided by YP.comI would rate them as less than zero if possible. They lie about everything and never have the work done when promised. Run, don't walk, out of there.

Provided by YPmobileBought a 5th wheel. Hard to work with one salesman. (Not wormed friendly to my wife) and another couldn't answer all questions. The loan office smells like an ashtray, and the General Manager never call back. Don't sit in the lounge because the couch/& chairs are stained by who knows what. You might kept some kind of kreepie crud. The shelves in the store aren't stocked like they should since they are selling New/used RV's. Their store only seems equipped for the oops, you broke something and not "yeh, I just bought something new and I need all for it. If your RV has 4 steps, don't expect them to have 4 in stock, because 99% chance they won't have it. And their prep guys (didn't and haven't seen a gal prep person). We think sales/Management think women as equal. Only office phone operators & greeters. The sales guy is on a list of who is next when a customer comes in or call asking about RV purchases. Do you luck is against you getting the good sales person if they even have one. To bad, we have been to camping worlds all over the United States, and this one is the arm pit of them all so far. Lol, I'm will to even make a bet on that at the casinos down the street. Lol, you may even run into s salesman or mechanic on their lunch hour in there. Lol

Provided by YP.comI purchased a high end Class A used diesel pusher from this Camping World in April 2011. I was upgrading from a Class C gas motorhome to this big diesel pusher. I knew very little about these larger motorhomes and kept asking lots of questions of the salesman, sales mgr, service mgr, "diesel specialist" salesman & location GM.
My biggest question had to do with what sort of fuel mileage I could expect. They ALL told me that I could expect to get 10-12+mpg. Well, after driving it at 55 mph in all kinds of terrain, the motorhome averages 6 mph. Downhill, empty with the wind it might get 7mpg MAX. If they were just estimating the mpg for me, I might chalk up their bad advice to their IGNORANCE. However, unbeknown to me when I bought the RV, it has a computer which tracks mpg of trips and for the life of the RV. It says 6mpg! So when I was asking all these RV specialists, not one of them showed me the computer and previous mileage history. They ALL continued to give me TOTALLY WRONG info.
Either they are ALL totally ignorant- not knowing about the computer, which is std on big diesels, or they LIED to me. I know which one I think they are.
Needless to say I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this group of liars.
I give the 1 star only because the system won't allow 0 stars.
