Thank you sooooooo much for making this export such a pleasant experience. I have heard so many horror stories and was a bit apprehensive getting quotes and using a company we have never heard of. However your professionalism and great guidance, together with your day to day handling of documents port authorities vessel operators etc etc made this a fantastic experience for us. As you know we will never hesitate using you and your great Company again.
The Vette arrived in good shape in Gothenburg and we had no problems to get it out of the port. The Vessel operator was also very helpful and professional, and thank you for making it so trouble free and easy on your side.

We have been using Carex Shipping Services for almost 5 years, Carex Shipping have always been accurate and prompt in our dealings. They are always available and absolutely one of the most knowledgable forwarders I have had the please to work with.

I reached out to a number of auto transport companies for quotes on getting my vehicle shipped from Texas to Nevada. After discussing the quote process with a number of transport brokers, I finally understood how this process worked.

I decided to use Carex Shipping 1) because their quote was the most reasonable out of the 5 companies I requested quotes from and 2) they were easy to work with.

On Tuesday I worked with Carex Shipping to get the transport request loaded up on put on "the board" and by Friday morning a transport carrier had accepted our bid. The Carex Shipping team was always in constant communication with me via email and phone and ensured anything we spoke about was noted in writing and confirmed before moving forward. Everything was very transparent and easy to follow - no hidden games, no double talk, and no shady agendas. I highly recommend this company to everyone who needs shipping services!

Just got all of my belongings a week ago, recently moved from Las Vegas to Hawaii. My experience with Carex Shipping was great. They did a great job in handling and delivering all of my precious items. If I ever need their service again, I would definitely contact Carex Shipping!!

The company was easy to contact. They kept me in formed about the day it would be shipped. The driver would call a day ahead to inform me of his arrival. Drivers were always polite and delivered the car right to the house.

I have shipped cars with carex for the last 3 years we have our ups and downs late booking not answering calls changing staff at carex all the time bad mood from mike and nasty behavior . until last January 2012 I have asked mike to ship a car from Gary NC throw Baltimore to Jeddah that was in late dec 2011 I was told and given price that the car is leaving Baltimore on 01/11/2012 and it will arrive 02/3/2012, on 01/30/2012 I called mike asked him for the invoice and if he have mailed the paper work and I told him the ship will be in the port soon he told me let me find out and I call you back he never call and I got an e mail from him saying the shipping co Hoegh Autoliners aver booked and they left my car and it will be shipped from south Carolina on 02/07/2012 and arrive on /02/27/2012 note we agreed to ship it from Baltimore he never told me that he is shipping the car from South Carolina. At that time he was shipping 2 other cars for me one from Pa and one from Fl . after that I called Hoegh Autoliners to find out if they left my car behind I was told by them their was no booking for the vin and the booking was made by mike on 01/29/2012 so he was laying to me all that time .



I called him back and asked him why it was not shipped from Baltimore as we agreed he got nasty and mad and told me that he is not shipping cars any more for my and go pick your car from South Carolina and he is canceling the booking, also I find out he is over charging me $300. In every car more than any shipping co . I did call some els and have him ship the cars to me .

I live in Australia and found a yacht that I wanted to import from San Diego USA. I found Carex on the web. Exhanged a few emails back and forth to sort out details and then Carex came back with good price to organise freight, including pick up in San Diego, truck to LA, pack onto a flatrack and shipping. Not the cheapest but then again I had other prices nearly twice theirs. All in all given the distance and time difference it all happened reasonably smoothly and the yacht is now on a ship to Aust. Hopefully in 3 weeks time it will be here. I will then update this.

I like to do things by the book, probably from my years in the military. When I retired from the service I purchased a high end car lot. I even had someone come in and create a nice Internet site so people could search for my vehicles online. The car lot is thriving, but recently my overseas sales have taken off. Some brands of cars are just not available in other countries. I had never really thought about shipping a car more or less shipping several luxury cars to other lots to fill their client's needs, so I was at a loss for how to accomplish this task. I searched for shipping companies that were proven and that could handle large shipments. I expected the company to be familiar with laws and regulations concerning oversea shipment. One company exceeded my expectations, Carex Shipping. From day one I have used Carex for all my shipping orders and have never regretted the decision. Hats off to you Carex.

My company serves as a processing center for various shipments of items. We process for a number of large companies that ship around the globe. This company is a fony! I've been in contact with them for months to ship my motorcycle from LA to Europe, I was always told that it was too early, or that a vessel just left to try in a month.. then I was told that they don't deal with motorcycles anymore (?) and finally Mike the owner admitted that they don't really ship to EU, that they couldn't help me and that they didn't want my business.

If I knew what kind of people I was dealing with, I would have gone elsewhere to begin with, instead of wasting 6 months of my life trying to set up a damn shipment.

I found another company actually based in LA that seems much more serious. I'm glad I didn't ship with them after all!

Well, the review title sort of speaks for itself. I booked their services from overseas (sea transport of vintage station wagon from NYC to Rottredam, the Netherlands) which was of course a bit of a gamble. I have not been disappointed though. The process was smooth, instructions were chrystal clear and promised were kept. And for the best price around. Mike's the man to talk to.
