This is where I have lived since 2005. It's decent, cheap, and convienient.

If you're looking for a company that is fair and honest in its dealings with its customers/tenants (Despite what they say on their web site)- this is NOT the company that you should trust. I'm a tenant in one of their communities and they are not interested in "negotiation" (Despite what they say on their web site). They continue raising rents (Without justification) in our community which is putting a tremendous strain on many of our elderly residents. Our home values have dropped because of our high rents and people can't sell to get out because no one wants to pay the high rent. Many are stuck in the community until they are evicted for not being able to pay the rent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. FOLLETT FAILS ITS CUSTOMERS.
