KLVX, located in Las Vegas, is a PBS member station that operates various public television programs. It offers satellite downlink and uplink services to school, collegiate and professional education institutions. The station provides educational media resources to a variety of schools, and also offers a wide range of video and CD-ROM duplication services. KLVX has several production studios and videoconferencing facilities, offers a variety ofonline services and maintains cable distribution systems for public school buildings. The station was established in 1968 and is one of the first public television stations in Nevada.
