2 weeks ago we ordered a ticket from Bertha from this agency, we mentioned we will upgrade it for business class later on, Bertha said its not a problem and the upgrade must be with United (the provider) we closed the deal with her and after few days we called United to ask about the upgrade and surprisingly found out she sold us a "wholesale" ticket, it means its a limited ticket with no option to change\upgrade it even if you add money! the United representative mentioned this is how travel agent make more commission!
we called Bertha asking for a solution, she waved us and refused to help, yesterday she claimed she "opened" the ticket with no cost so we could upgrade the ticket, today we called and did a conference call with her and United customers service, she claims they lie.
now we are stuck with her ticket. no option to upgrade or change.
TOTAL SCAM!
