I visited in January 2022. I did read the reviews.....BUT, I went anyway...although I almost cancelled. On arrival, all 7 people in the waiting room were speaking English. The very friendly front desk lady gave me my forms to fill in, and I was in my exam room 10 minutes behind schedule. Dr. Saygeh (SAGE like in the brush)
was very cordial and informative and we hit it off quickly. Yes, I did bring all of my
recent medical reports. He wanted a few more blood draws to complete my paper work, so I have made that happen and will be going back in late January....maybe it will have returned to the BAD OLD DAYS.....but I say GO HERE . ....Unless you are looking for a fancy place.....this is strictly NO FRILLS. Very bland waiting room, and exam rooms, but they get the job done. I am very happy with them as my Primary Care service.

I will never go there again. Staff isn't attentive or productive. They are horrible about scheduling appointments. The first time I went there I was on time and waited 3 hours to be seen. My follow up I arrived an hour and 15 mins early and I waited in the front of the house for 4.5 hours then I finally got called to the back and waited good another 1.5 hours. Guess what they said they couldn't help me and the doctor wasn't there. (Even though I saw him in the hallway going into a patient's room. I was so ANGRY! 6 hours of my day gone. I walked in during the day and walked out at night! Thats worse than UMC wait times! Never again. I saw a man unpacking his lunch and dinner because he's used to the wait time. Smh

Don't deal with at home care, Nerissa calls my wife uncooperative fails to go to emergency room when instructed or will be dropped as a patient. Maria in the office failed to inform Quest Laboratory of necessary blood test (stat) to be obtained wasted my time & gas money. Drop them!

This was my first visit. My Doctor left another company, so I waited for him to get reestablish. Knowing how the medical field works, any Doctors you go to , its pretty standard 2 hrs. It's not the staffing or Doctors. There's not enough staff in Vegas to go around. Make a appointment and be patience. If its a emergency go to UMC. Unless ypur having a heart attack or Bleeding to death.! Your goig to have to wait. The staff works hard and they are more patient then me .and I worked in the medical field for 23 years. People come up to the window and just because your appointment is at 11:30. There could be someone who is in more need then you. Things happen behind the door you no nothing about ! Except that OMG . Your not being seen at a your appointment time. Give it a rest. Wheather your paying cash or have Medicare, or Medical. They'll get to you asap. Its a clean facility, pleasant, staff and Doctors Get over it bring a, book if you can read.

WORST PLACE To Go.!!! . They make you wait for 2hrs. Or more. That's with an appointment. They take weeks to have your medical records sent to insurance company's. Takes weeks to prepare file for FMLA. The charge for everything under the sun. There are no qualified doctors.they are nurse practinioners and 80 year old doctors . So incompetent. Front staff are so arrogant. They act like the are not being paid because of their long face! You might die waiting in the clinic. They are so expensive $$$

Cesar Estillore is NOT a Dr

I had an appointment with Cesar N Estillore NP and after waiting 3 hours (that's WITH an established appointment, not as a walk in patient) I asked for my money back. I will not be seeing, nor recommending this "professional" to anyone. It was bad enough not being seen by him, but to make matters worse, his medical office called MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT to complain about me saying I was a difficult person to deal with! First of all, it was unprofessional for him to call my employer to give me a bad name, any person who would be asked to wait 3 hours, on their only day off, and still not be seen by the Dr, would in their right mind ask for their money back. I did get my money back, but not with out a consequence being the practitioner is holding a spiteful grudge because I refused to wait one more hour, after waiting already for 3! Second of all, they felt the need to tell my boss, like they care about my medical life, that I was a walk in patent! I have a voice mail from their office, CONFIRMING my appointment, therefore, I was not a "walk in patent." This company does not care about their patients, they're money hungry and spiteful, unorganized, and unprofessional. Save yourself the money, time and stress and look for a reliable Dr, N.P., I assure you, you will be glad you did. If you've had similar experiences with Sema, Clinica Santa Maria, or Cesar Estillore please leave reviews, as it may save someone's life.

Don't go here ! While the few times I have seen a Dr. they seem to be fine the staff is terrible. 6 weeks waiting for prescriptions to be filled because authorization is needed from insurance. After repeated calls requesting the office to obtain authorization by both myself and pharmacy insurance co. has received no request from Dr. office ! X-Rays ordered by Dr. and staff never gives me referral form. Go anywhere else but here ! I've changed Dr. and filed complaints with insurance and state.
