As we all look forward to tax season, to receive a little extra money, so I went to Computax to fill my taxes and I payed extra for Direct Deposit so I can get the money in 10 working days ... the 10 working days passed and no money! I spoke to the IRS and they told me they just received my tax return, and it would take between 10 and 15 days more to get my money ... The 15 days passed and nothing! I spoke to the IRS again, and I was told that my tax return had errors, and to correct them would take another 6 to 8 weeks ... So, besides computax took almost 2 weeks to send my taxs, were sent with errors !!!!! This would not have happened if the service were good or professionals! I would never return there!!!!!!!!
