I recently signed up for Cox Business Services, and these guys show up to do the work. Lucky for me because the sales rep from COX Communications had no clue how much of a job this would be. Luckily the Install team from Com-Tec ultimately got the job done, by basically re-engineering the whole project for me. If you are going to be getting Business services from Cox you better hope these guys show up, because the guys at Cox don't have a clue.
