I have used Cool Concepts Inc. for 15 years plus and Norm and his employees are very friendly and educated and professional and in as soon as you need them they are there to help you. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank for all the great services over the years.

When we decided it was time after 15 years to invest in a new heating/air conditioning unit. We made several calls to different companies and made arrangements for them to come to our house. Most of them never called or showed but one company always called and showed up as scheduled. That company was Cool Concepts. After a couple of visits and suggestions we decided on the unit. After a very short wait the units were installed. Even though some walls had to be cut in order to get the unit in the attic, when they were all done you would have never know they were there. During the first summer of operation there seemed to be a problem with the air conditioning unit. After many conversations with the manufacturer all they wanted to do was to rebuild the brand new unit instead of replacing it as we suggested. Cool Concepts wouldn’t stand for that and decided that they were going to buy a new unit for us at their own cost and take care of business the way we thought the manufacturer should have. While this arguing with the manufacturer was going on we had to stay at a local hotel because of the intense temperature in the house. After it was all over Cool Concepts gave us the money for most of the hotel cost and replaced the a/c at their own cost. Therefore, any time anyone asks us to recommend an a/c company, the only one we recommend is Cool Concepts. They are not only a great company they are TNT. because of Terry, Norman, Taylor

I would NOT take my air conditioning needs anywhere else. This company is the MOST honest and MOST realiable company I know. I have and will continue to recommend this company to all my friends and family. They have been in business over 9 years...Keep up the GREAT work!

I would definately recommend this company. My father's air conditioning wen't out in the middle of the summer. He was told that his unit could not be repaired and a new unit was needed. Being that my father is in his 70's he needed the new AC unit as soon as possible. He could not tolerate the rising air temp in his home for very long. He got a quote from a local air conditioning company for a comprable unit to his and they could install it immediately. The cost of this unit was $10,000.00. This amount sounded extremely inflated and suspect to me. This company had made my dad pay for the unit over the phone and were coming to install later that afternoon. I phoned cool concepts to double check my suspicions and they informed me that $10,000.00 was infact very inflated. We called other company and demanded a refund and canceled the installation that was scheduled for that afternoon. Cool concepts installed an even more efficient unit for $6,000.00 the next morning. We appreciate their quick service and even more so their honesty. I have recommended them to several friends and have used them myself. I would definately use them again. Very friendly, honest and show up when there supposed to. Try this company out, they are keepers.

Cool Concepts specializes in integrity! I just read a bad review concerning them and I don't believe a word of it. I've lived here 35 yrs and in my opinion they are the best Heating and AC company in Las Vegas. I've known Terry for 13 yrs and Norm for 9 yrs and these two men offer honesty, superior service and prices. They are on time and dependable. If they say they'll be there in one hour--they are there. They helped me keep an old AC unit running for 5 yrs and finally installed a new unit for me through home warranty. They gave me a fantastic price for an upgraded unit and my monthly power bill is much lower. I have recomended them to family, friends and business associates and everyone has thanked me.

Shady!!!! Don't use this company. This company was recommended to us by a general contractor who was a good friend of ours so we gave them a chance. When my A/C went out in my home, they told me that I needed a whole new unit and would would cost in upwards of $5,000 or more. I decided to go through my home warranty company to see if there was anything they could do and the company they sent out fixed my A/C in less than 10 minutes and said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit, but to make sure I kept up on my regularly scheduled maintenance. Then, we decided to give them one more chance a year and a half later at our small business and they came out and told us that the condenser was bad in our unit and needed to be replaced. We remembered our experience with them at our home and opted for a second opinion. The 2nd company we called came out and asked if someone had been there before him because everything was disconnected from the unit. Long story short, again nothing was wrong with the unit. We needed freon and we needed to change the filters. These guys are thieves. Don't trust them!!
