Very unprofessional and sneaky. Aggressive man working there as a general manager, name: Edward. Refuses to work with their tenants, makes mistakes that becomes your complete responsibility and washes his hands of it (after admitting to mistake, not even a week ago) and leaves you with a massive collection fee amount. How does a professional management company throw all responsibility & fees on tenant for something they made a mistake on? Had they not made that mistake, we certainly would not be in this situation concerning collection fee.

I am upset at the way they treat and speak down to people just trying to avoid paying for their mistakes? Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend dealing with this place. Tenants are currently moving out within the past few months. I say that's a great red flag!

I hope nobody else is treated the way they treated us...current and future tenants!
