This hospital is terrible

Do not go to this hospital emergency room is bad the whole staff is rude! My grandmother has been there going on a few nights they do not take care of her she was not hooked up to any machines in the emergency room they didn't hook her up knowing she has high blood pressure. I had to help her three times go pee in a bed pan cause no one was helping her when I told the nurses she had to urinate a hour went by no one helped her! She urinated on the sheets it took over an hour for someone to change her sheets so she was laying in her own urine. I don't recommend anyone going there you will not get taken care off the nurses Are very rude no one deserves that kind of treatment not to mention a dr has not been into see her regarding test results over 24 hours now think twice before going there.
