I am giving it one star because that's the least I can go but I have a 1 year old German shepherd that I just adopted my mom has brought her dogs here before and no issue so I still don't know what the problem was but I took my baby Samantha back 2 times because she was not left good the first time I made the mistake myself of leaving the shop as not checking her until I got home but saw dirty ears and that she smelled like dirt still I called was told she would be redone free of charge went back when I got her again she smelled like perfume like Avon cheap perfume that was not one of the colognes at the shop because I smelled her and realized her face and head still smelled and all the women at the front desk offered where the colognes which was now my understanding she was not being bathed at all just perfume up ! So $65 went to the garbage because she is a good dog I give her baths at home with $1 dog shampoo and she smells great without perfume!! I don't know what's going on with this place but my moms 3 smaller dogs we have never had a problem maybe big dogs just isn't there thing so don't take your larger friend here because clearly they don't know what there doing .

I have been going to Doggie Den for three years. I have been very happy with the service they provide for my peke. He always looks so good when they are finished grooming him. I think it is a shame that the person giving this businsess one star was only using the rating system for her own gain.
