I shop at this store all the time, once a week if not more. Last night I was on the middle of a project and needed one thing to finish it. So, I went to my favorite store that stays open until 9pm. I pulled up at 8:50 and two employees were outside taking in the stuff from in front of the store. I parked right in front of the doors. I know they noticed me pull up but when I walked up to the door it was locked. I looked at my phone to check the time and it was 8:49 pm. I was shocked. The employees were nowhere to be seen but I did see customers still inside shopping. I seriously needed two minutes to get what I needed but was not allowed to go in. One employee open the door to let a shopper out and asked me if I was waiting for someone inside I told her no that I had come to quickly buy one item. She informed me they were closed and shut and locked the door. I checked the time and it was 8:54. I sat in my car for a few minutes looking for another store to go to and during that time four other potential customers walked up and angrily walked away. What ever happened to customer service?. Is 10 minutes really important enough to upset your regular customers? It's not as if we were asking you to work later just until 9pm the time the posted sign says you close. Luckily I was able to get help from the 99 cent store who offered to wait so he could be of assistance.
