I should have never went through with the appointment for my son. I have never had a first impression like the one I did with Dr Helmick's office manager and front desk! What a miserable, rude woman! She is not friendly by any means, rude, her tone is atrocious! Not to mention that she had the audacity to hang up on me! Dr Helmick' was very nice but I don't know If he realizes what an awful customer service experience this woman gives and that's a shame!
