Provided by YP.comWould not recommend. Provided medical opinion without seeing me for an insurance company. Hired gun and not someone I would ever recommend. Also, THREE other doctors disagreed with his position, so either they are all wrong or he is wrong. They have all seen me and he never has, but the insurance company did pay for his opinion. You be the judge !!
