I got food poisoning from there.... Soup was cold

great time, great view, great location

decent deal, decent room

dont consider any further north on the strip

My husband and I

took our 21 year old to Vegas and stayed at PH. I didn't know that it use to be the Aladdin hotel. Well I miss the Aladdin hotel, our room was not even three star clean. The bathroom had floor tiles missing, the plumming was backed up in the sink,shower and tub.They took forever to clean the room on a daily bases and even when they cleaned it was still not clean. The rooms are a nice size but need to be updated badly. I will NEVER stay there again.

I took my husband here for his 40th. When we arrived, we waited over an 1hr with only 2 ppl working the desk. After reaching the front desk, we were told we had to go across the mall to the other side of the casino only to wait in another line for check in (nice!) The next day, we were told couldn't use the valet, because they wanted to keep it open for their time share owners!!!! What!!!! I got food poisoning in their Seafood Buffet. We ordered room service. We were told it would take 20 minutes. We waited 1hr and 30 minutes and items were missing. No one came back, no one answered the phone....Maid service never refilled the toilet paper, so we ran out (luckily on the morning of the last day.) We got a lot of apologies when we told our tale of horrors at check out but nothing else. Listen it is a beautiful hotel, but so is the Bellacio, Wynn, MGM & many more who will give you great service and charge you the same so go somewhere else!!!!! Planet Hollywood has the service of a dive!!!

My friend wanted a room at planet hollywood last minute so the girl hooked us up with a mini suite for just $100! the rooma had 2 beds a HUGE bathroom and a great veiw!! we also got into prive nightclub for free since we were guests of the hotel!! it was so much fun! the room was great and so was the entertainment!

Our Room was dirty (lipstick on the mirrors and beer bottles under the desk)

There is no way to get to the rooms without a) going through a smoky casino b) walking through the basement of the parking garage (by the taxi’s). If you don’t like smoke – this is NOT the place to stay, try the W on Flamingo. The self park is about 1/2 a mile from the hotel, and the valet is ALWAYS Understaffed.
