I do not recommend this company for a skilled worker. I worked here for 2 years and they consistently ignored me when I told them I am an experienced electrician. When I met a temp worker from Tradestar who told me they were looking for electricians, they gave me a written test and hired me that day. Starr Nichols freaked when I told her I was leaving "Well why don't you stay with us?" "Starr, HELLO! I've told you for 2 years that I am an electrician, what part of "I AM AN ELECTRICIAN" do you not understand? Is English not your native language?" These people obviously don't understand that first, sending a skilled worker out on unskilled work is an insult to the skilled worker's experience and second, it is taking work away from unskilled workers. It was even more of an insult to read want ads in the Las Vegas newspaper placed by C&B looking for electricians and to continue telling them I was an electrician only to continue to hear "Yeah yeah yeah we got some work for you, you need a broom a shovel and some trash bags!" I was eventually hired at Helix electric and crossed paths with temp workers from C&B who told me the same thing "I am experienced and they send me out to pick up trash or push a broom. I do not like pushing a broom right next to someone installing electrical equipment. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who is skilled, you are setting yourself up for a major letdown.
