I bought easytechy tech support plan for 1 year and at the time to renew it just slipped through my mind. I received good service every time i called EasyTechy – Online Computer Tech Support Service for support. Evan at 3 am they were ready to help. But i am very disappointed. The Reason you guys don’t remind your customers for service renewals. No call no emails. This is bad. I would had saved $ 50 but as you guy dint remind you I had to buy the same plan by paying more. Keep up the good service and do remind me next time

However, I would recommend them to make their delivery system better as last time I was put on hold for about 10 minutes.
