I was in process of moving and they offered to hold my water until the sale and purchase of my new home. I’ve had their product for 3 years and have never had 1 problem. They have changed filters with low cost and the employees are professional and the owner is awesome!!! Thank you eco Water!!!!

When my husband and I moved to Las Vegas, we were pretty ignorant about water systems. We purchased an expensive non-sodium system which was terrible. Because it was non-sodium, we had many problems such as our dishwasher not doing a good job, spotting on all hand washed dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., calcium scale buildup on our outdoor fountain, shower door and faucets and handles. We were so disgusted.

On a lark, my husband and I stopped in to see what Ecowater Systems was all about. The owners, Brian and Diane and salesman, William were so well informed and totally explained their system and the ins and outs of how it worked. We fully understood the difference of what we had that didn't work and the Ecowater system -- how it worked and why it would work. We were convinced it would do the job for us and on the spot, we bought the system. We've had it a couple of months now. All the problems we previously had are gone.

Brian, Diane and William have been in the water treatment business for many years and know what they are talking about. We are thrilled with this system and thrilled with the way we were treated. They not only have a great product -- they know the meaning of service.

We have had other water treatment systems installed before, but this has to be the best system on the market today. The service we had from Ecowater of Las Vegas
was beyond 5 star. We highly recommend this company. They delivered everything they said they would do and did it completely and on time.

We have owned five home in Henderson over the last 15 years and have tried many water systems before coming across Ecowater. This is by far the best system we have had in out house. We drink more water now than ever and I never consider buying bottled water thanks to this system. Our water softener does not make the water feel slimy or too soft and slippery. It works perfectly. Lastly, the customer service has been outstanding the the owners are great people.

The cost to repair the existing equipment in the home we purchased (from another BIG name here in Vegas (Kinetico), with only a one year warranty being given) was excessive to say the least!

So we called in other companies and finally chose Eco water. We have been happy with our decision and are totally happy with the purchase. We bought the refiner and an R/O. :)

My Whirlpool softener was putting out cloudy water, it got worse and looked almost like milk. Brian and Diane were detailed in the explanation
Of what was causing this. I purchased their top model since it filters out so many caustic harsh chemicals. It was carefully and efficiently installed by clean cut, polite service person within an hour. No muss no fuss! We love the new system, the water is so much better!! Really amazing difference!!!

I purchased both the ERR 3500 Water Refining System and the ERO 175 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System from Ecowater Systems. Both of these systems have been working great for five years now. The ERR 3500 is both a water softener and a water filtering system. The quality of the water throughout my house is excellent. The ERO 175 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System provides great tasting drinking water and the replacement filters simply screw on and off without even shutting off the water supply. Both systems were installed two days after I placed my order and total installation time was a couple of hours. The Ecowater systems also cost less than other systems I had been considering at the time. I think anyone choosing Ecowater Systems will be very happy.

I researched this company before buying a system great product great owners. Price was fair, service prompt and I have recommended them numerous times in the past year!

I have the system for about 2,5 years and would buy it again, great deal and quality, coul not be happyer, customer service is awesome and well educated about the product.

I have had my systems in place for over 2 years and LOVE THEM!! I have the water softener and the drinking system. My water softener uses a bag of salt every 3 to 4 months where my friends system uses a bag a month. Another friend was in town last week and said our drinking water tasted good. The systems are no brainers and the service I receive from the Las Vegas Eco Water is top notch!!!! They are a super friendly and treat you like family. Thank you Eco Water.

I just had my EcoWater system installed and so far I'm very impressed. I have the water softener/conditioner and the RO system. I found about this system through Costco. William came to my home to explain the system to me and Rick installed the system. I was very impressed with their customer service. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I am very happy with this system.

Well I have the Ecowater system for a year now and it has been great. I just change the RO filters for the drinking water and it was very easy. Resetting the system was a little difficult, but when I called the office they were very helpful. I would recommend this system to anyone.

Sarah and I moved to Henderson last April and after about 3 months of clothes that would not come clean we decided to look into water systems after some research we found EWS had great reviews and was made in USA and endorsed through Costco so we visited their store in LV and found the owner: Brian and Sales Rep William on the floor to greet us as we walked in the door. After a informative Q & A we decided to purchase a system with drinking water It was installed next day with out issue and we were up and running. Water taste great and clothes are clean with half the soap and no slimy skin after shower and no hard water on anything !!! Being new to Henderson (March 2014) I knew we NEEDED a water softener. After much research, we selected 3 companies. EcoWater was our first visit and our last visit. Thank you so much for your professional service. Brian and William were fantastic explaining the different models and answered all of our questions. The installation was perfect. The water system is impeccable. I KNOW that if we have ANY problems with the unit, they will promptly attend to the issue. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE sold me.
