My daughter was born with a rare genetic disorder, and the first Physical Therapist we met was Edwin Suarez. He was kind, compassionate and CONFIDENT - which was instrumental in our lives given what we were facing. Edwin and his team helped us through a very challenging and trying time; we literally weren't sure if our baby girl was going to live or not. To have a perfect stranger walk into our lives with a sense of empathy and confidence that "everything was going to be okay" was a game changer for us. He is an amazing human being who deeply cares about the welfare of his patients. We have 4 children, and this was our only child to be born with a genetic condition. It's a scary concept to face, and we feel blessed to have had Edwin and team cross our paths. The staff are caring and loving towards our baby girl, and she adores Edwin AND his team. If we even mention the name Edwin Suarez, she lights up! lol Every child comes into this world with their own gifts and talents, and we feel like the Edwin Suarez team has contributed to her mental, emotional and social development in a way we could only hope for. We would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking a personalized, caring and compassionate experience for themselves or their children.

5 STAR RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

5 STAR RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are receiving PT you are in need of mobility, functional range of motion and flexibility. We were so blessed the day we found Edwin Suarez PT! Having been at Matt Smith PT, and other smaller, much more horrible places, ESPT has been life changing. The other PTs were for my sons birth defect Arthrogryposis, focusing only on the contractures in his wrists, with only minimal attention to his legs as they were very functional. Unfortunately a botched surgery, left our then 10 year old son with severed sciatic nerves in both legs. He was in worse shape than ever. After having been in casts for a month and surgery repair, that didn't work, he was crippled worse than from the birth defect! Edwin's plan got him up in a stander, and walking on a treadmill with the assistance of a walker within about a month and a half. I was terrified, but Edwin was undaunted in his quest to allow Tyler to get back some semblance of mobility. To my amazement, he can now run! He steps up on 8" blocks and down again, he has stamina and has adopted Edwins never say "can't" attitude! He still has contractures in his knees, and we're dealing with that, but he's not in a wheel chair! Many other facilities, in this age of Medicaid refusals, would have certainly made it fiscally more beneficial for Edwin to deny Tyler and walk away to another patient with "good paying" medical insurance! WALK AWAY WAS EDWIN'S INTENTION, BUT IT WAS FOR TYLER, NOT HIMSELF!" This selfless man AND HIS AMAZING STAFF, have changed the outcome of Tyler's life! LIFE CHANGING 5 STAR RESULTS! I don't care what huge pretty building you might find another staff in, THE RESULTS ARE HERE, THE STAFF HAVE BECOME FRIENDS, THE FAMILIES ARE LOVED! This experience has forever touched my heart and the hearts of many others, EDWIN IS THE COMMON DENOMINATOR! Allowing him to work his magic, believing in his judgement and recommendations, IS THE SMARTEST DECISION YOU'LL EVER MAKE IN YOUR LIFE! Don't bother with other places (in my opinion and experience), YOU'LL NEVER FIND A PT FACILITY THAT GETS BETTER RESULTS WITH MORE LOVE THAN EDWIN SUAREZ PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Great results!

When I first started coming here a month ago, I could bend my knee 53 degrees. I am now at 130 after one month of therapy. Great results. If you want a country club gym, go somewhere else. If you want immediate results and to get better fast, go to Edwin Suarez Physical Therapy.

Very Poor Work

I was sent their after my shoulder surgery and the place was small and congested, most of the people who come are kids who have disabilities and the staff focuses more on the kids then they would you, I dont have a problem with kids, but what about my freakin shoulder! I was left unattended several times on machines and other equipment it was very poor service and very poor professinalism under the part of the physical therapist, I definetly do not recomend this facility.

This facility is a family physical therapy practice. We do admit having a pediatric subspecialty and children at play is sometimes a part of their rehabilitation. We welcome any and all reviews as it assists us in becoming a better PT practice. As to this person's negative review, all I can say is that we pride ourselves on one-to-one patient-to-clinician ratios (which is difficult to find at other PT facilities). If at any time this patient felt neglected or was disturbed by our pediatric clients, it should have been his/her responsibility to inform me or one of our staff members and we would of gladly scheduled her during the hours with minimal pediatric patients or we would have gladly referred her to another PT clinic. All of our PT patients receive surveys upon discharge and be rest assured that all of them have favorable things to say about our PT practive. We post ALL of our surveys on our website, edwinsuarezpt.com. Feel free to visit our website when considering visiting our PT clinic and do not be deterred by one patient's inability to voice his / her concern or provide his / her name when placing this review. Thank you and best of health, Edwin Suarez, MSPT
