I am attracted to professional employees and courteous service.
Ok it's my thing to be comfortable when I do get to travel.
Try it, it's all under 1 big company. But it says limousine, doesn't it. Not greyhound U-Haul or thrifty.

Wound not Even give one star, but it required that you rate it. I will never use this terable company again. I dont think they could have been more rude. The owner, David must not care about customer care or even keeping customers. If David had cared about good quality care he would have never allowed his employees to treat customers like that. I can't say enough to express how bad this company is.

When I called to inquire about rates and schedules the guys responded too damn quickly as if I were bother'n him! /;)+!?*!!!!! DAMN RUDE!

I think your company , has to improve its Customer Service.here in as Vegas NV. I called on Monday Oct 20, 2008, your recepionist was very rude , She didn't take the time to answer my question, and hung up the phone as soon as she was done talking, I next called El Paisono Bus Line , they helped me get the answers I wanted , so I bought my tickets there , If you don't moniter your agents, who knows how many more clients you will lose ?
