I recently went to Vegas.....not only was my trip AWSOME but so was my Enterprise experience!!!! The Vegas team was VERY COURTEOUS AND NICE!!! I received my rental timely and off I went!! GREAT JOB VEGAS TEAM.....I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN SOON!!

It was a smooth transaction as always. As usual I can't remember everyone's name but it was all just perfect

Landed, got bags, walked out the door, got on the waiting bus 4 mins arrived at enterprise, 4 mints going up to get my car. Clean full of full, simple, deticated emploiees, the best service ever. Thanks. Jim A

I needed a car so they rented me one. It had seats and a steering wheel... after driving it for a few days I returned it.

Staff's customer service was not the best and the vehicle that we rented was not cleaned nor detailed very well which was very displeasing.

The truck I rented in Las Vegas for a week had fifty windows, dirty exterior, scratches and dents all over, and was very expensive compared to the cost of the same truck in Indiana. $777 a week in Indiana, $1065 a week in Las Vegas.

Rented a car for 10 days for our vacation in and around Vegas. I was so thrilled to get the Ford Taurus. It was a great car. Comfortable and good on gas. I have rented from Enterprise for several years and will continue to do so as long as I continue getting the great service I have been getting. Keep up the great work Enterprise...

I pre-reserved a standard sized vehicle. When I arrived at rental desk I was advised that they did not have any standard size vehicles available but that I could "upgrade" to a full size for $7 additional per day, and "they had lots of those upstairs to choose from". Decided I didn't need the hassle of fighting with them about why they didn't have my reserved car, so so went with the upgrade. Upon my arrival at the lot "upstairs" I was informed they didn't have any full sized vehicles available and they put me into a stripped down Jeep product- which did have a/c ( it was Las Vegas in the desert) but not much else. Felt they ripped me off for an extra $7 per day.....

The customer service is always great. But the car I rented was not the best. I rented the Volvo S60, I think it was a hybrid sedan. It was supposed to be an upgrade but the car did not have a smooth ride. When it cut off the at a stop and turned back on it sounded like it stalled out. To many gadgets on the dash. That needs to be kept simple. I shouldn't have to go to the owners manual to find out how to get to the odometer. It was good on gas, but this is car I recommend that they remove from their fleet of cars. If Enterprise is going to lease hybrids I suggest the Lexus EX 300H , CT 200h or a Ford hybrid. But that Volvo was just not up to par.

I always use Enterprise wherever I travel. Service is always exceptional at every location. I wouldn't use any other company!

Great experience. We fly into Vegas once a month and rent a car for a week to take to our home in Lake Havasu City. We always have used Hertz gold canopy in the past to save time. Enterprise is vastly superior. They actually take you to your car and show you the different features before sending you off. Very helpful. We will be using Enterprise from now on. Much better company. The people at Hertz are very surly and unhelpful.

Rented an economy car for 1 day, I was encouraged to purchase the fuel tank refil from Enterprise. I told them I was driving to Pahrump and back, they assured me that I would probably need to put a little gas in myself but the value would be very beneficail. The reality is I drove to Pahrump and back on less than 1/2 a tank and the price per gallon is (IN ADDITION TO ALL THE AIRPORT TAXES< FEE"S ETC.) So not only did I pay about $50 for my rental of an economy car, the cost to fill my 1/2 tank was $40 dollars, so break that down and it was $8.00/gallon. My advice is to NOT purchase the Tank Fill program, unless you have the funds and really don't care. I also told the attendant when I returned the car that the car was out of allignment because it kept pulling to the right. So my experience was not very good. Lesson learned.

Help at the kiosk was very pleasant. The staff was so nice and courteous! We upgraded to the Kia Kadensa. Excellent!!!

Recently used Enterprize Rental in Las Vegas. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I was able to use a military discount and drive around Vegas. I would advise anybody going to Vegas check out Enterprize Rental first.

got started at the kiosk where it seemed the staff was a little busy to help, 2 and a half hours from the time I got off the plane to driving away from the rental car garage not a pleasant experience when traveling with older folks who have trouble getting around as it is a lot of nice cars to select from, we selected a Ford Taurus it fit our needs for this trip fine

We selected a Hyundai Azera and that turned out to be a great choice. Car was comfortable, had plenty of room and power, and got very good gas mileage. Our customer service was, as always, excellent. We always choose Enterprise when in Las Vegas.

The car I was given had over 41,000 miles on it. It had not been serviced or cared for correctly. I had it for three days and could not drive it over 65 without it starting to shake slightly, even though the speed limit was 80. The low tire pressure light came on during the third day. The back seat was filthy was dirt and grime. It will honestly be the last time I rent a car from Enterprise, and if I knew this is the kind of cars you offer I would not have wasted the money this time.

In the end, AFTER all the mishaps, it turned out to be fine. The staff with each interaction was very good, friendly, somewhat helpful and kind. Unfortunately, even when questioned and assured everything was OK, issues arose and I had to take care of resolving everything on my own. I had a coupon for a free rental day, which was given to the PLUS agent when getting the car ... she wanted to keep the coupon but finally gave me the top part, which was helpful but, as you will see, not the answer. Upon return there was a charge of $84+ for my free rental day. Check in person gave me to a "fixer" in the little house in the return area who did her best to fix it, but was unable to remove the one class upgrade to full size. It required a call the next day to someone in Las Vegas, I believe at the counter in the RAC, to remove that, per the coupon. In the end, it came out right, but who wants to go through all the hassle. Had it been right in the beginning it would not have happened.

Great deal and great car selection. Car comfortable and almost brand new. Quick service, no waiting.
