We ordered a black roughneck on the website and over the phone twice, reassured that the monitor was 4foot plus long. We paid $450 for him and when he arrived in the mail he is only two feet long! Total scam. They lied to us three times. He is healthy and is well mannered. We would have bought him anyway but it makes me mad they lied to us three times about his length.

Love This Place

The employees get to know you and chat! Talk about the reptiles you have there. And also when you have any questions they will try to teach you whatever you need to know and point out what's needed for your exotic pet. Sometimes it is busy In there but they do acknowledge you! And they have resonance prices and a huge collection!!!!!

Worst experience I ever had in a pet store. For one, the employees there are so extremely rude. Every time I asked a question they acted like it was a huge bother to them. I was basically getting snapped at with his answers by this little guy that works there. On top of that they try and upsale you the most expensive crap that you really do not need. I wanted the most basic supplies I needed just to be told It wasn't good enough. Then they try and tell me that the most expensive thing they had was better to buy. So in short, the employees there are very rude and pushy and I would never shop there again. There are better, more customer friendly pet shop in the area.

Best Ever

My husband and I absolutely love this place!!! We have bought all of our pets there and they have really been a great help with everything. Ken and Kim are really nice people and they know so much about animals in general. I would recommend Exotic Pets to anyone and everyone!!! <3

fun

i bought a corn snake a year ago and have been very happy. The best part is i could spend hours looking at all the amazing anmials it is like going to a zoo. the service is great and can honestly answer any question without trying to up sell you on stuff you do not need. And best of all better prices than any chain in town by a long shot.
