you can't trust them I have been robbed been there only a month on the 8th of mAy I have been robbed for my whole store items even tv computers tablets studio items old clothing kids shoes men shoes



Not just that my clothing store items or one if a kind and I kno if I see anyone in Vegas with them they came from my storage not just that my lock was change and once the lady open it everything was just every where they took about5 extra large boxes with kids clothing in it as well as kids shades for kids shoes jellys and hats mcm for kids even old items couch bags 52 inch tv 32 inch tv studio items RCA PRINTERS EVEN NAIL TECH ITEMS THEN PUT A NEW LOCK ON IT WITH A STICKER AND CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF STORAGE INSIDE JOB BUT IT WAS TO MUCH TIME ON THERE HANDS TO GO THREW EVERTHING BUT THEY PICK THE RIGHT ONE THIS TIME PLUS ITS NOT SAFE HERE AFTER THIS IM GOING YO MEDIA WITH MY ITEMS AND EVERYTHING

Trust the previous review. Our travel trailer was stolen from the Bonanza location. While they advertised robust video surveillance through out property, only 2 antiquated cameras which did not produce any video to assist police. Took them 17 days and after much prodding to admit this fact. Trailer was taken over a 5 day period at Xmas. They actually released video of the 25th to me. It showed another break in Xmas evening. A friend recently called to inquire about RV storage and was told no security issues or break ins.

Never never trust this place with your belongings! We have been in their Extra Storage space on Charleston for two weeks and have been robbed two times! When they are trying to sell you a space that tell you what great security they have, NOT TRUE! I do NOT recommend this facility!
