I was greated by a friendly stylist when I arrived and the wait time was quite short. My hair cut was great and my stylist was very nice. The store was clean and tidy and the atmosophere was plesant. Thank you for great service and the nice stylists working at this location. I will be going back to this Fantastic Sams in Summerlin again.

They will welcome and say Hello, however they will not greet you at the front desk. They want you to sign in and continue working. They will ask you to sit down and Will NOT COME to the FRONT DESK. I ask the older lady a question about the wait time she just said I can have a seat and she will let me know the wait time.The older lady would not acknowledge me just kept telling me have sit. I waited for 5 mins I got fed up hearing the same old line have a sit I WALKED OUT NEVER WILL COME BACK.



Went to another location same situation. What is wrong with Fantastic Sam's stylists do Cosmo school teaches them customer service. The staff at Fantastic Sam's NEED HELP with Customer SERVICE.

I know that we all get older and wiser but I do not remember you get foolish for not practiceing customer service these women (seniors) some customer service what happen Fantastic Sam's. Can they get some Customer Service Skill.
