I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2021 My BS was 353 and now I am so excited the feel-great system and the tea and fiber have changed my life. I no longer take metformin and my numbers are Mid 100s and lower. Not only that but it is helped me increase my energy, clarity, and focus and so much more since I was overweight a side effect for me was that lost 10 pounds and I have gone done 5 pant sizes. I feel great!
