WORST OF THE WORST

I recently closed on my house and had an awful experience with Melissa Moses. Melissa is the worst escrow officer one can hope for. She is very rude to her clients. She blatantly told me not to call her outside of her working hours because "my office is now closed" even if there is a pressing issue. She belittled my concern and was short with her response. I DO NOT recommend MELISSA MOSES to anybody who needs an escrow officer. Melissa's calling card states "You'll appreciate the difference" and perhaps the difference compared to other escrow officer is her crude demeanor and snarky attitude.

The most incompetent business I have ever done business with. If you are buying a house in Las Vegas please save yourself a headache and hassle by choosing a different Title company. By law; The buyer has the choice of title insurance companies. If your bank insists that you use Fidelity National Title, tell them NO or find another bank too.
