If it was possible to give a 0 star I would have. I booked a block of 20 rooms for a business conference and when I got to the Four Points I tried to check in and they said they never recieved my reservation. I luckily printed out my confirmation papers from the hotel and when I showed the Front Office Manager the paperwork he still denied my booking. This so called Manger made my group sit in their lobby for TWO HOURS and made us late for our event. It is very unprofessional to make your guests get ready in your lobby. I kept on asking the Front Office Manager when we would be getting into our rooms he kept on telling us 15 mins or soon and last time I checked 15 minutes and 2 hours aren't the same. This Front office Manager was very unprofessional and rude. I can't believe Starwood would hire and employee like this and out them in a Manager position.
