Office manager/Billing are highly incompetent. 3 months and running about an incorrect statement. I owe nothing and still receiving statements saying to pay. Now they are threatening to report to credit bureaus. Each month I have received this statement I have called and was assured by Megan, the office manager that the issue will be resolved, yet I just received another statement.

Do not go here for your dental needs, unless you want to go through months and months of hassle about money you do not owe. Also, the office manager, Megan, seems to avoid calling me back. Numerous messages left for her to call me, yet still no call.

My husband went to the Rancho location in June of 2010 for a worker's comp related dental emergency. It was an incredibly painful experience for him and has scared him off of dentistry entirely. His mouth was not properly numbed and they were flabbergasted when he said it hurt as he nearly came out of the chair. Furthermore, we paid them the appropriate copay that our insurance requires. When the worker's comp insurance paid them too, they have not refunded our money. We have been fighting them for over 10 months just to receive a lousy $388. The story is always the same when we call: the person who handles that is out of the office; the California office is handling that; etc. No phone call ever get returned. Not only are they incompetent in the dentist chair; they are incompetent in the business office as well.
