After 4 months of coming to this location I officially cancelled all my future appointments (as well as my mother) today because it all started when I was told about getting white tooth colored fillings that were not covered by my insurance I told the receptionist Ashley (Who is the most condescending person there) every single time I went that I did not want any work done that was not covered by my insurance... Notes were put into the computer saying I specifically only wanted silver fillings. on the first day where they did only two fillings (because they only do two fillings at a time for some odd reason) they ended up putting tooth colored composite into my cavity then as I reached the checkout counter I was told I had a balance of $120... And was told I could not leave until I paid something out of pocket even though I argued my case the girl who helped me was not interested in finding a solution... Now today I go trying to find a solution with that finance manager Hugo and even though he found the note in the computer saying I only wanted silver fillings he continued to explain that because I signed a paper with the charges that I would now responsible for the balance no matter what... The only thing positive about this location is Dr.Jilani he is the best dentist I have ever had in my entire life and you can see the frustration on his face that he has with working there I hope he leaves and finds a more suitable office that is up to his standards because this location is NOT!
