Henry at Goodcare transmission on Tropicana stinks !!! This guy is full of BS, Lied to me about new parts, charges for new parts and installs rebuilt parts. One of the "REBUILT" CV Axles he installed has failed, was also installed incorrectly and leaked all the trans fluid out of my car. Cracked two of the new spark plugs, then tried to tell me all four motor mounts were bad and had to be replaced at the same time! I RATE THIS GUY AS A ZERO--DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF !!!

In December of 2008 they rebuilt our transmission. We are from Texas. It got us home. Just last week (3/3/09) the transmission blew. Less than 3000 miles on my "rebuilt transmission". I was told it had a warranty. Of course they are now saying that the shop in Texas, that fixed it and gave me a real Ford warranty, is not honest. Funny I think it is the other way around! Very upset customer! They should make honor their "warranty".
