Exceptional Customer Service - Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable

I can't begin to explain how wonderful this woman is. My wife and I have been shopping for individual health insurance and have talked to some very pushy and dare I say (used car sales man) attitude. Ozella took the time to explain everything to us (both of us) and did it in a way that we both understood. Her knowledge is amazing, but it's her personality (I actually believe it is genuine) and would recommend this woman to anyone searching not only for insurance...but a great agent as well.
