If you have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence, you are entitled to be compensated for your medical bills, property damage, car rental, wage loss, as well as the pain, suffering, and inconvenience which you have experienced. The insurance companies train their adjusters how to settle or resolve cases for the least amount possible. You need an aggressive attorney to fight for you and your rights. We provide that service. It is my policy that you will be involved in all important decisions. You will be informed of every offer made by the insurance companies, and you will have the opportunity to accept or reject each offer, (hopefully considering my counsel and recommendations). If we are unable to reach a fair and equitable settlement with the insurance companies, based upon my recommendations and advice, you will be the one who will decide if we should file a lawsuit. Finally, you will be the one who will decide if and when to settle the case, go to trial, appeal the case, etc. With some law offices, you only speak with the secretary or to a paralegal. At my office, I personally meet with all clients at the initial intake meeting, and as often as is necessary throughout the handling of the claim or case. I have a wonderful assistant/secretary, who is extremely helpful and competent, and assists me by taking care of many of the day-to-day questions or concerns that you may have, but if you ever feel the need to speak with me personally, I am here for you.
