The facility is a professional and safe environment. The staff are kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctors were very thorough in explaining what procedures would be best for my conditions and within the next visit, I felt immediate pain relief.

The medical side will call you on your cell phone while you are in the waiting and advise you that you have missed your appointment (since they post a notice $25.00 for missed appointments; they have a sign-in sheet, but they don't even pay attention to who is there...The billing department will send threatening letters of collections without applying proper payments from the patient. My husband paid all of his co-pays; the billing dept. claimed we owed more after the insurance paid, so we paid more....two moths later they claimed they haven't received any payments from us..i dug through all my paperwork and sent them copies of cancelled checks and they even admitted that they owe us money...it is now two months later and they still have not sent us a refund...just overall bad experience from another "money hungry corporate facility"...and they have never onced apologised for their errors...
