Provided by YP.comI am the Third Owner of a KIA. I was not sure if my Car was still covered by the Factory KIA Warranty. The Service Department couldn't have been more helpful. I had an A/C issue that I had diagnosed at a local repair facility, and it would have cost me out of my own pocket. Warran Daerda had me come in to check out my A/C problem. He said my car was still under the factory Warranty. The issue was covered, I got Parts & Labor paid under Warranty. What a relief! I even got a Car Wash as well. I will be back for future service!

Provided by YP.comFinally figured out how Jim marsh Kia was able to get my financing through about 2 years ago when I bought my jeep from them.... Not only did they cut my warranty down to 2 years from 3, which they told me upfront about and I was ok with it.
But they cut of my gap insurance from the deal. Without informing me or most likely because they didn't know because they had me come in so many times to resign paperwork that they just were oblivious and they had shuffled the paperwork through so many people they just lost sight of it all.
Nonetheless, this incompetence on there end and there willingness to do anything possible on there end to get the deal through from there end has left me without gap insurance coverage after my insurance company just declared the jeep a total loss.
With all this said and brought forward I urge all friends, family and anyone to NOT purchase any vehicle from this shady dealership ever again!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and myself, bought our first Kia. We bought a 2016 Soul, we love it could not have asked for a better experience.
We went up on a Sunday to look at a van, Warren was there open up the Soul for us and that was it, we loved it. From Warren all the way down to Finance it was great. Have had a call welcoming us to the family, so far I would and am recommending this dealership to all my friends and family.

Provided by YP.comSat waiting to sigh papers on a $23.000 deal as i hear the floor manager chewing out an employee as i'm sitting there. Very bad taste and very rude. "that's why i'm a floor manager and you are just a sales man" Then he approached me asking me very angrily "why are you staring me down?" The nerve!! I bought the car but i really just wanted to leave. Asian guy with a bald head and frankly he is a disrespectful unprofessional douche. I'm in the market for another car, but I won' come back there if he is still in your employ, Sorry Stacy. Todd, Perry, and Amy were great!

Geico sent us to Jim Marsh Body Shop to fix a dent on our vehicle. The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly during the drop off. Today we went to pick up and when we got into our vehicle, we noticed pieces and screws sitting in the doorwall. Later I find a wire clip under my seat. They come out and put the pieces back where they go and appologize. My husband looks over the vehicle and notices overspray on the driver window. They come back out and scrape it off, and appologize again. Now the real doozie, we start the car and put in drive and the dash starts dinging and says "Blindspot Detection Unavailable". We think, well they turned off a bunch of other stuff so maybe it needs to be turned back on. No, it IS in fact on. My husband gets out and looks at the mirror. It looks like it has been scraped against something and the sensor is scuffed up! I took it in for a dent and now my mirror is scuffed and my blindspot detector is ruined. The mirror won't adjust anymore either. All power is lost to the mirror. They sent someone out and asked us to bring it back Monday after they review the photos and talk to the men that worked on the vehicle. I am furious!!!!

Provided by YPmobileone star because I have to rate it...should be ZERO! Worse body shop I've ever dealt with!!!! The guy Marco is friendly and sincere but never calls you back when he says he will. They've been giving me the run away my car will be done, hey told me initially 7-9 days but it has now been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing. He told me it was done was I went by the shop and then shows me my car and the damage is still noticeable and they didn't put the grill back on right!

Provided by YP.comMy daughter has spent the last two years working at part-time job to buy her first car cash. She made the unfortunate mistake of buying a used car from Jim Marsh Cenntenial. The Vehicle has broken down 6 times in the last two weeks and been in their service station twice. The conniving, rude, swindling, con-artist caliber of sales reps & offensive senile sales manager that took advantage of her was shocking. Their form of customer service after you purchase a vehicle to a 20 year old girl is cocky intimidation and ill-mannered stubbornness. If you want your college student to experience the worst of Las Vegas car salesmen send them here!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have bought 6 cars new off a lot in my time on this planet. NEVER ONCE have I been treated so horribly then at this Garbage dump of a dealership. When I sat down to work out #'s on a new car , the sales manager came over with an offer that was so rediculous I was more offended then angry. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE AN EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE! They low balled a trade in, that 3 other dealerships where willing to give $3000 more for!!!!! At one point after getting 3 rediculous offers for financing from there arrogant credit manager I took out a calculator and crunched the #'s in front of them . This terrified the obviously blind sided credit manager. He had NO Explanation on how his offer was that far off . Thats when his manager took over. With B/S lines like there nothing in these cars ( meaning they sell them for $200 over what they pay) People if you believe this I will sell you a bridge anywhere in the world. They offer to show you b/s invoices proving so. I would like to see how they keep the doors open and payroll paid. Since the whole team over there are all over what seems to 65-70 they don't have a concept of the internet being a global sharing point of information. I told them "listen I have been on numerouse forums ,where people get together and post what they paid for cars and what options were in them". I told him the average was $2000 cheaper then his offer. NO REPLY ! This dealer ship is a perfect example of B/S oldschool salesman that try to confuse people with bad math who don't know any better. Bring a calculator with you. If you read this revue and still go there you deserve the headache and heartburn that will surley follow. Unless you love being ripped off by Geriatric, stereotypical shady car salesmen.
