Provided by YPmobileFor the most part the place was inviting except for the dentist and her assistant! Neither one introduced themselves to me or my child and then the dentist didn't even explain what work my child needed leaving her rude assistant to explain. Only to be told they wouldn't do anything unless my son was put to sleep at a surgery center! Claiming he was too hard to work on. He didn't cry didn't scream didn't fight it just took him less than a minute to get comfortable enough to sit. I would expect more from a childrens dentist! I would never recommend this place!

Provided by YPmobileDr. Laurie and her staff were amazing with my daughter. Just like any child the thought of going to a "dr" is no fun. My daughter walked out with a huge smile and that's definitely a plus in my book.

Provided by YP.comI absolutely loved this office! First, my children were all called back at the same time. The oldest one took his x-rays and my two younger children were able to watch. They each took their turn and did great! They all were together when they got their cleanings done, which also made them feel more comfortable. When the Doctor came over to check them, she rang the no cavity bell after each of their exams. They also received a report card - with a toothbrush grade. My kids have decided to make it a competition to see who can get the best grade nezxt time. As a busy parent, I couldn't be more happy to here that!

Provided by YP.comI agree with the other comment that said "not so inviting". The dental office seemed chaotic and unorganized. The best part about the visit was definitely a guy named Sam. He was very nice and great but he wasn't the dentist . Some unexperienced young guy was our dentist for that day. He had the personality of an old cat! He shouln't have gotten a degree in PEDIATRIC dentistry -- if you know what I mean. I am a military wife and we have been to great -- fantastic pediatric dental clinics in other different states -- THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!

Provided by YP.comThank you so much for being so good with my children. This was the best dental experience my kids have ever had. I tried 2 other childrens dental offices and those offices had long waits, rushed through my appointment, over billed me, were rough with my kids and my kids cried! At this office, everything was just perfect...the entire staff interacted with my children, took their time and actually cleaned their teeth really good. My kids had so much fun. They show them everything before they do it, they let me sit with my kids, the office was clean and fun with lots of things for the kids to play with and they got stickers, toys, baloons and mostly they are no longer afraid of the dentist. My 5 year old had a cavity filled and the dentist was so good at distracting the entire time that she did not even know she had a shot. I highly reccommend this office to any mom like me who puts their kids interests first. I am so greatful that I found them.

Provided by YP.comI brought my 5 yr old daughter to this office based on a referral from my pediatrician. The office is very child friendly with toys, movies, balloons and games. When I first arrived it was very busy and now I know why...there is not another dental office or a dentist that is this good with kids. The staff wears t-shirts (not traditional scrubs)- everything is totally geared to kids right down to the flavored gloves they used. The lady that cleaned my daughters teeth did not rush through it like the previous office I went to and did not hold her down. She took her time and explained and showed her everything first. The dentist was so kind to my child and even though they were busy took the time to ask her about school, her teacher and if she had a best friend...then played pick a princess sticker with her- my child had so much fun and even explained to her why it is important to stop sucking her thumb. But what impressed me the most is when I had to bring her back for a filling. Once again, the office was very busy and once again my daughter received such good care. She used the happy air and did not even feel the shot. Everyone in this office gave my child so much attention that she did not even know that she had a shot. All I hear now is when am I going to the dentist again and when I grow up I want to be a dentist. As a mother,of a child that once had a bad dental experience, I am so greatful that I found this office. I recommend it to all my friends you just can not find a nicer office.

Provided by YP.comI viewed the office online. But failed to go to the office prior to making an appt. I felt that the office was to chaotic for myself and my children. The environment felt cold and uninviting. The staff was not as friendly as I had hoped for. The patient load at the time that I arrived was too much for one physician. In order to do a great job, I personally think that you have to slow down. I felt like we were in a mill. I ended up standing in the middle of the exam/cleaning room without further assistance (where to sit etc). If you are like me and are use to a calm, inviting, sincere caring attitudes this is not the place for you. Also, when I asked for x-rays they gave me a sheet of picture with my daughter x-rays printed on it and wanted to charge me $10. Then I went through the whole process of signing/faxing etc. authorization for release of information. They didn't send the films to the other Dentist.
I ended up making another appt. at another pediatric dentist office. It was a great experience. The exam was thorough. The x-rays were done complimentary. The staff was professional. Check out adventuresmiles.com.
