I was referred to John Kelleher to represent me for an extremely stressful and difficult custody case. I was counter sued by my children’s Father to lower his child support. The decision to finally take action had been a long time coming and I was scared. But, John and his staff were so amazing. John is brilliant as a lawyer, but that's really only half the battle when you go through something like this. He was always extremely responsive to questions or concerns that I had and I was constantly contacting his office. His staff was so gracious and attentive. No matter the issue or concern, every single team member was kind, helpful, genuine, warm and welcoming. I was actually excited to go see them when I went into the office because I knew I would always be greeted with a warm welcome. John worked extremely hard, putting in endless hours, never over charging me and never making me feel like he was in it for the fees. And, I can't say enough about the attorneys who worked for him, the paralegals and entire staff. I never felt like I was putting them out or was an annoyance. I can't recommend John and his people enough. They are the BEST!!! After the entire ordeal I won on everything. I won primary physical custody and his child support was actually increased. I didn't even initially ask for that. But John did such a great job. There is no better family law attorney in Las Vegas.

John and his team were exceptional. They were professional at all times, answered questions quickly, and were able to get same week appointments at times requested. Attorney John Kelleher and his team are professional, dedicated, and empathetic! Mr. Kelleher has represented me twice in family court as well as on other matters and I can truly say he is an exceptional attorney. He has triumphed every time. He is not only savvy in court but detailed in his writings. Unlike most attorneys he knows when and what to ask and when to say nothing and let the other side defeat themselves. He is also honest and compassionate. He truly believe in hi clients and strives to help them. I really cannot say in words how exceptional he is, but I can say with out a doubt that I recommend Kelleher wholeheartedly and without reservation. Kelleher and Kelleher is an amazing law firm. They all are very professional and courteous. While no attorney can promise you the world, this law firm does a great job protecting you and your rights. I've been with this firm since 2010 and have nothing but great regard for all of them. They are courteous, emails are responded and phone calls are returned promptly. Cheryl is terrific to speak to and handles all matters professionally and quickly. Natalie has been superb with matters to my case. John is fabulous, he is always early for the hearings (15-30 minutes) to go over whats going to be presented and answers any questions you might have. You can not go wrong with this firm and I highly recommend them and totally trust my case with them!

Spend you money elsewhere. I met with John who had Natalia do everything on my case. She was not prepared and very inexperienced. She didn't even read a response to a motion that was filed before I came to the office to prepare my opposition. Then when it was taking over an hour to fill in the necessary info she was trying to rush me out the door!! She wasn't familiar with my case at all. I had asked for several things to be pulled from my case's past history and it took her forever to do it. I could have done it quicker just going to the records department at the court house myself to do it. And who is the one that suffers for their incompetence? Me and my child. What a complete waste of time and money!! I would never recommend them!!

John helped us when we didn't know where to turn. He guided us through the process, gave us real expectations, raised our hopes when we thought the worst and, most importantly, delivered in court. We walked out of court with a fair judgement and were more than pleased. My husband even hugged him. We originally used a different law firm for this case, and spent twice what John charged. Mr. Kelleher provided great service. He seemed personally interested in my case, and always worked hard to help me.

Kelleher and Kelleher cared about my situation and were the best possible attorneys available. Had to go back and renegotiate a bac divorce settlement. The lawyer last time was intimidated by my ex's attorney, not John and Natalia, they made mincement out of this guy. John is prepared, has other professionals, accountants etc. look over case if needed. Going to court a second, third, and now fourth time is difficult at best. Knowing I had the team of John, Natalia, Cheryl, Mary, and Kelly behind me was a life saver. Calls were returned immediately, ran appts. on time, and emails were sent when ever we had correspondence from the other attn.'s office. Hire them and sleep a little better when you know you have the best taking care of your divorce. John knows Nevada law like the back of his hand and gets you what you need from a divorce. Hire, hire, hire, hire, hire, the right team!! Saved my kids and I from an uncaring ex and his girlfriend that is 31 years younger than my ex and was out for my kids inheritance.

I don't think anyone that gets married and has a child ever hopes to meet a divorce lawyer. That said, when involved in a child custody dispute, and a relocation case, your divorce lawyer becomes one of the most important people in your life. I musy say that I'm glad I met John Kelleher. He has helped me through the most difficult situation I have ever been through, and in the end, my petition for primary custody and relocation was granted. This mostly horrific situation, while not totally over yet, is almost concluded, and I am grateful to the entire firm of Kelleher and Kellher for their expertise and support. They are not cheap, but one cannot put a value on a child. Worth the expense, imho. Thank you, John, Randy, Cheryl, Natalia, Hannah, et al. I see blue skies and open highway ahead.

I was very pleased with my experience with Kelleher and Kelleher. John was fabulous. He had great presence in court and helped me make the difficult decisions. The staff was great. They all made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with the settlement I got. His knowledge of the law was superb. I knew I was in good hands.
