onsite manager never there. Internet does not work and after numerous complaints still no internet. Noisy.

they are liars and thieves they stole all my daughters clothes in a big red suitcase my desktop computer and various other things dont stay there the staff there will steal all your things

If you're okay with taking cold showers there no hot water an dealing with roaches everywhere then this is the place for you its nasty outside looks way better then inside

they are trying to upgrade the rooms and raise the rent you can't make a silk purse from a sows ear. The property definately not "family oriented.Find something else too many hooligans

I have been living here at Kensington Suites Since October 2011. Ever since the new management company has taken over in December 2011, this has been a very enjoyable place to live. The maintenance workers handle the work orders the same day that they are put in and the office staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. This new management company and apoartment complex ROCKS.

Kensington Suites (Bonanza) was just bought and whoever is running it now has NO CLUE as to how to manage it, or even do business legally for that matter! One by one, they're changing the rule on people with NO ADVANCE WARNING right after taking their rent money! (Technically, that's illegal). They put a rent amount change (different for every person...) into effect in writing (on the doors), then took it back ORALLY on the due date! Those who didn't have the extra cash were threatened to be kicked out in 15 minutes! One tenant had a heart attack! Then the very next day, they demand a 2nd pet deposit to people who already paid one months or weeks ago! And this is just the 1st week after they take over! It's obvious they don't have a lawyer and they need legal advice badly before they get sued or reported for breaking the law... DON'T MOVE THERE, it's not worth the trouble. There are other places at the same price without the daily stress of their illegal "changes".

Kensington Suites I found to be the best bet in Las Vegas.I have stayed at alot of extended stays in Las Vegas and Kensington is the place to be. The community is small, everyone there is nice and friendly and there is no crime like the other extened stays. The staff go's out of there way to help make your stay enjoyable. I know I will be return there everytime I visit Las Vegas.
