We were solicited to change faith as we entered for our loved ones memorial service. That is tacky, rude and insulting as we paid for the space and the time. Time of grief and rejoicing a loved ones live should not get papers asking where you are going when you die!! Also, their website would not send through feedback - I guess they don't get negative comments that way.
