I have had the pleasure of renting from king for 10 years. I have had very few problems and with any problems i've had they came and took care of them quickly. The staff over there has been easy to work with. No issues with payment. As long as you pay on time, you'll be fine.

I have been renting from futts for 5 years with very limited problems and they took care of them quickly. They are no nonsense which i like and get right to the point. the rental process was super easy and quick.

Stayed in one of their homes for a year. It was nice. Well taken care of and well maintained. The staff at futts was on it if we had any problems.

I lived at a king futts rental home for about 4 years but recently decided to downgrade and simplify my life so i moved to sportmans. They were very friendly and i had no problems with my rental home or management. If i had any problems they took care of them quick!

Nice homes. Decent management. John who works for them is awesome. Kyle, he's tough but fair for the most part.

I've rented from them on 2 separate occasions. Both times we were well taken care of. The first time was 5 years ago but we just lost our house so went right back and they have been great. I'd 100% recommend them.

They have been the best renters I've used since moving to Vegas 10 years ago. Have used about 4 and have had no problems with futts.

I've rented from a few different companies and king futts has been the easiest. Didn't say they were the best but the easiest. The staff is great. Management is always on it with any fixes. We've need a few appliance changes since living here for a year but as long as they are on top of fixing the stuff, we are happy.

We've rented most our lives and this is the best experience we've ever had from a rental management team. They are super professional and seem like they actually care. If something breaks they are out to fix it quickly.

We like our home and the staff there seems pretty nice.

The longer I rent from them. The more I am impressed with them. They are quick to respond to any issues and very easy to get a hold of. I will hopefully one day own my own home but until then they are a great option.

The best rental homes and property management in Vegas. We have rented all our lives from various companies and they have been by far the best experience. The staff over there is so kind and actually treats you with respect. It's honestly refreshing.

I have loved renting from king futts. Sort of a weird name though. Anyways our home was well maintained before we moved in and the staff has been very easy to work with.

We love this home. An added bonus is that it has a pool that was very well maintained before we moved in. THis thing comes in handy in the summer. The kids love it!
