I also what to say twice I got calls from Mr. Hidalgo who claimed he was in Boston for weddings, and got into accidents driving under the influence. Called me to ask if I would loan him bail money.
Asking me and my wife to help we are disabled and on Social Security and had the nerve to call us.

I hired Luis Hidalgo L & M Handyman to do remodeling work in are Condo. He sends 2 works over who would never come when they said they would. Work and hour or two claim one of them was sick and leave. So after a couple of times of this Mr. Hidalgo took them off the job. He stated he would do the work.
In the mean time he got a big commercial job and the work he was hired to do was basically go to were he would come in after around 4 pm and work to 8-9 pm disrupting are evening. He was to paint are Condo and put down Laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. What should of taken a week went into a month. Now what he said was he would take the left over paint and store it for us, and if we needed to touch up walls he would bring the paint back. We have called him several times and he never comes over with the paint. He laid the flooring which I think we were the first people he laid floor for. It's got gaps between the planks, it does not lay flat and is uneven worst job I have ever seen. He has refused to come back to fix the problem. Don't was your time and money you won't get any wear with him. He does not back his workmanship. Will never use again.

This guy has no clue on laying laminate flooring. Had him do 3 bedrooms the floors don't lay flat there is gaps between planks the floors look terrible. At a cost of almost $3000.00.
I call and he hangs up on me.
