If you can avoid dealing with these people do so at all costs. These people closed on my house without having a hazard insurance policy in effect. It's been almost a year since I've closed and I still don't have insurance and can't get it due to wind damage to the roof that I was unable to file an insurance claim for because, duh no insurance. They have taken their sweet time and resolving this issue and since my original complaint of the damage the excessive amounts of rain we've had this year has now caused water damage to the entire rear portion of my house. I can't get insurance until the damage is fixed, the damage isn't getting fixed because the title company is of course trying to get off easily. Why they feel they should get off easily when they closed on my home illegally is beyond me.
Se beware if you have to deal with Lawyers Title, make sure they do their job correctly or you'll be the one who is sorry in the end.
