Took my laptop to "Laptop" to have my Sprint 3G card installed October 25th which Sprint after 4 hours on the telephone with 3 different technicians and an hour at Sprints repairs store could not install. "Laptop" completed the install 10/29. To install they had "restored o/s w/backup" of my files. Without prior explanation and caution to me this had erased all of my programs. My total cost $666.43; Laptop $180.00, Microsoft Office $162.14, Adobe $324.29.

There are several of these Laptop XChange stores in the Las Vegas area. Be careful which Laptop XChange you patronize! The store on Spring Mountain is great, but the store on Sunset is facing some complaints. I went to the Sunset store, and they accidentally broke my laptop hinge, which is a $200 repair. They are refusing to accept the responsibility for this.I have not gone to the store on Lamb yet.
