I had a friend who was in the Sunrise hospital because she had surgery. When I had last talked to her mom she was not doing all that well so I thought I would send her some flowers to brighten her day.



Picking something out from their Web site was seriously easy. It's like a menu in a restaurant, and it tells you what's in it, gives you the price right away so you don't have to dig around for it, and there were NO HIDDEN FEES like when I went to FTD.com and 1-800-Flowers, and also it actually came like you see it, rather than in a box like some other place I used once.



Anyway, I got a call the day of the delivery and they told me that they had gone out there but there was nobody registered in the hospital by that name. But the woman that was on the phone took care of me and asked me where my friend lives and offered to send it to my friend's house, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AFTER HOURS. They had closed already because it was about 6:15 p.m. when they called me, but she was soooooo nice and said that she herself would take it, and she wasn't even a delivery person or the manager.



I was really impressed by their service. It's easy to say someone had great service if everything goes off without a hitch, but it really takes great customer service to make things right when something unexpected happens. I definitely recommend this place.
