Mr. Winder is an outstanding attorney and for us he is the best in the field of immigration law, based on our experience. My US husband, Miguel Hernandez is 79 years old and I am a 78 years, Permanent Resident. We are living in US by ourselves and couldn't afford to travel to back and forth to El Salvador anymore, therefore my husband decided to petition our only daughter, Sonia H. and granddaughter, Lizeth P. to permanently lived in United States. We wasted more than 14 years after being defrauded by attorneys and paralegals who promised they could help us realize our American dream (to be with our daughter and grand-daughter), unfortunately, none of them was able to really help us, but took more than $ 15,000 of retainer fees from us and the job was not properly done.
With the expertise and diligence of Mr. Winder and Cathy, my daughter Sonia and granddaughter Lizeth got their Greencards approved. After being stuck in the black hole of immigration backlog and for many years being defraud, we had almost given up hope for any resolution soon, until we got in touch with Mr. Winder in one of his free immigration seminar in our church . He assured us that cross-chargeability would work in our case and that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Throughout the course of our case process, I came to know Mr. Winder as an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced attorney. His approach was realistic coupled with optimism. We were given the entire, bigger picture, before focusing on the specifics of our case, which gave us a sound understanding of the whole, and the confidence in Cathy and Mr. Winder’s ability to pursue our case.
My husband, Miguel passed away one week after Sonia and Lizeth received their Greencard. My husband is now resting in peace and all of us greatly appreciate the honesty, dedication and expertise of Atty. Dan M. Winder and Cathy. Cathy is approachable, extremely professional and pushing relentlessly for the success of our filing. Personally, I do not feel we could be in better hands, and sometimes regret that we could’ve easily shaved off at least a year of waiting if we had approached them earlier. Can’t thank them enough. Dan Winder is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever dealt with. He totally botched our case by disregarding information that we provided, not returning multiple phone calls, and horribly representing our case to the judge. I have never written a negative comment before and I want to warn others to stay away!!

I went to Attorney Dan Winder for a legal problem that ended up in a warrant. Dan Winder is a straight up type of attorney, not a mechanical type. He is real, and this may or may not be your cup of tea, bu t I appreciate an attorney Not wasting my time or money, as I have little of either to waste.

The staff seems to know what they are talking about, and seem to care, and I like that also.

by recomendation of person i went to see mr winder to take care of my dauhters legal problem.iwent to his office explained the case; he said that he would take the case for 3.000 dlls but because a known person to him refered to us he would charge me 2500 i agreed but i told mr winder that i am a senior with a fix income and that i would pay him in a month time the amount ,i did;the case was finished and then a short time lateri started receiving bills from that office,icalled back talked to some body she said they were going to take care but they dint' i continue getting those bills from their office,I CALLED again wih exatly the sane resalts 'NONE AT ALL'until a week ago after another letter i called their office talked a woman and 4 o 5 days later i received letter shWoing my account with 0 balance finally sone body cleared the mess after about a dozen of bills as many calls to their office and some mch harrasment .NO IAM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WIT MR DAN M WINDER' WAY OF HANDLING THSI MATTER AND NO I WONT RECOMEND HIS SERVICES TO NO ONE.

I was referred to this office by a long time client of Dan Winder. He only handled one of my traffic tickets, but I have heard he is a great criminal attorney. The process was very simple and my citation was reduced to illegal parking. I received great service for only $50.
