Provided by YP.comI was really pleasantly surprised by this Lenscrafters. I wanted new glasses but my prescription was expired so they fit me in right then for an eye exam with Dr. Arcemont who was GREAT...really thorough and friendly. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid like my last eye doctor did. Then Jessie in Lenscrafters was really nice and helped me find new frames which was hard because there were so many cute ones to choose from...he was really patient with me. I love my new glasses and I will definately go back to Dr. Arcemont and Lenscrafters at Fashion Show Mall.

Provided by YP.comI had to go in THREE TIMES for the doctor to get my vision right. The first time, she demanded I get toric lenses, although my astigmatism was so tiny, those lenses made my vision completely worse. I was forced to leave with the torics, and "Try them out". After not being able to drive or see straight for 24 hours, I returned again, only to have the doctor give me attitude. She THEN told me that my vision was the same in both eyes, and shoved two -4.00 lenses at me and told me I had to order 6 months of boxes from them right then. I declined, because I knew that my vision is different in both eyes, and I still couldn't see right! She told me it was fine, and that "Even though you ARE only 3.75 in your left eye, if I give you a strong scrip it will make it get stronger". WHAT?!! She would not give me the proper lense perscription until I returned a day later and told her I had a massive headache and I demanded the right 'scrip. She then stopped in the middle of the lobby area, rolled her eyes at me and wrote the perscription again, saying "Whatever, here". I couldnt BELIEVE it. DO NOT TRUST THESE DOCTORS! They don't care about your vision, your comfort, apparently your safety, OR YOUR MONEY!

Provided by YP.comPoor quality lenses at a very high price. After just a few months, they get scratched and cracked even with such care taken. The managers Monica and Jennifer are condesending, arrogant and only nice to you when you purchase glasses from them, otherwise they always try to dismiss you. I brought my glasses in for an adjustment, Ann the staff there scratched one of the lenses and I did not find out until after I left the store about 10 minutes later. I called to tell them what happened and Jennifer, a manager there turned around and suggested that I made up the story and I can't bring my glasses back for them to look and if I wanted to have new lenses replaced I have to pay for them at a discounted price and that should be the end of it. As a long time customer with LC, I felt very jaded and was shocked by how these people treat their loyal customer. LC sure had lost my business and I will be spreading the words about them.
Sorry to hear about this experience at LensCrafters. These two managers are no longer with us. I am part of the new management team and would never allow this to happen. I invite everyone to come in and experience a high level of customer service!
