This property management is a nightmare!! They are greedy, they don't take care of anything they want to charge you $75/hr for things that are part of their job as a property manager but they call it as extra ordinary service s. They need to be reported for their greedy, un-ethical & shady business practice. They rip you off and lie about repairs and problems that don't exist. They do not provide you with tenant info and never release security deposit they collect from tenant even after their tenant break lease or cause breach of contract. They tell you tenant left while they place the same tenant in another property so they can make money from the homeowner of that property for placing a tenant there while you loose rent, security deposit and this greedy management company will than start charging you for repairs and all kinds of things when they actually do nothing. Sandra Thomas is horrible, not trust worthy. Stay away from them,, not worth it they have caused financial looses 4 us.
