I highly recommend Liberty Homes, their product is outstanding and oversight during construction was well above average. Their contract was clear and concise including change orders.

We were given an approximate completion date and well informed of any permit issues. Liberty coordinated with our sub-contractors and the project was completed within a reasonable time frame.

We would advise against building with Liberty Homes. Their contract is very slanted toward the builder and not customer friendly. Verbal promises will not be held up by both the agents and the owners. In the contract it says that "nothing stated orally by their agent is valid or enforceable." Communication is very poor. We were promised by the owners that our house would be completed by the end of December and they didn't even have a building permit until the middle of January. They never told us that they were having issues getting the building permit. Not customer friendly at all.
