I used the firm of LUH & ASSOCIATES for my BK-7, and things went like clockwork. I consider Charlie a good and honest person, and respect him as a business professional.
Anytime I had a question I could send an email and would get a response within 24 hours, or less – most of the time less than 24 hours. I felt like I was treated as a person and not a number. Charlie and his team receive 5 out of 5 stars easily in my book.

Although he has probably heard similar questions numerous times, he realized that bankruptcy was entirely new to me and took the time to explain everything to me. I think that was the difference between Mr. Luh's office and the other offices that I met with. There were no surprises.
